Balaji Layout 1st Stage Residents Welfare Association is Registered under Karnataka Co-operative dept.The
Area is very close to Kanakapura Main Road and adjacent to 100 ft Main road near Sharma Transport. The Associatin was started to address the common minimum problems faced by the residents. The area was neglected by the Govt Agencies and after the start of our Association it is gaining the momentum now and the elected represantitives are taking our issues more seriously. About 1.5 crores work order got released for driling a borewell, Asphalting the roads and providing street lights and the work is about to start. The vaccant sites have been cleaned using JCB and we are reaching the highest authority in the state to address our problems. As everyone knows ward no.198 is not last in the serial no but also last in the developmental activity and we are trying our level best to reverse this trend. We request other like minded association in the ward to join hands so that we can fight for our common issues unitedly so that the elected represantitives can work with seriousness
