Is it because landfills are full and garbage vendors are dumping the bags quietly? Or because BBMP pourakarmikas are not picking up segregated garbage so residents are throwing the bags around?
Will BBMP wake up and work on finding a solution?

Every time patch work is done and leak happens again. BWSSB was informed about leak in February 2019 before roads were being laid , they did patch work and now in May 2019 massive amount water flows out in the middle of road. This is happening after a very NICE road has been just been laid. Please support this effort to have BWSSB fix this problem effectively and SAVE PRECIOUS WATER and AVOID DIGGING OF ROAD AGAIN AND AGAIN...

But worst is that sewage water is flowing in since the last two days into the lake from Nataraja Layout.
PNLIT members met the BBMP and KSPCB officials on May 8th to see how soon this issue can be fixed, but BWSSB officials did not turn up so nothing much was done in the meeting and the water is still coming into the lake.
This has started algae bloom and will now reduce the oxygen and fish will start to die. The stink of the sewage is already there around the lake. Mosquitoes are breeding and muck can be seen on the surface.
Request that BWSSB officials promptly see how this issue can be fixed. -

Many small time contractors hired to do the work, will collect the debris and are not sure where to take it. They dump it outside or inside the apt community or in their SWM yard.
It will be helpful if BBMP can give a list of vendors with whom these contractors can work to get the debris lifted. The money charged can be passed on to the customers.

But it is left out on the other side of Vasanthapura main road just about 300 meters. This pipeline area is used for wrong purposes like dumping garbage and heavy truck vehicle parking. We local people struggled to clear the garbage dump area and finally cleared. Just I wondered why this particular small area is left out from the fencing. Could you please give the details of whether the project funding includes fencing for this area also. Please get this fencing done for this area, otherwise it will be dangerous for the water pipeline as heavy truck vehicles are parked here.

Its just the appearance of doing something that is making most of the municipalities and even the apartment communities to continue with fogging. Dengue and malaria mosquitoes are least affected by fogging. And the chemicals used in turn are harmful to people!
BBMP needs to look into other alternatives than fogging and spraying that will contain mosquitoes and not harm people.

This has resulted in bad smell and algal bloom for surrounding areas . To make the matters worse They are building a sewage pipeline right inside lake which will result in more mantainence and loss of taxpayer money in the future.
The drainage pipeline is terminated in rajakaluve which will result in bad smell and mosquitos problem for sorrounding population as the rajakaluve is uncovered.
Also they dug up the rajakaluve gate in the months of September 2017 which resulted in heavy loss of fresh water in lake from rains, which will result in no water in the summer.
Will they be accountable to pump the freshwater back into the lake?
Request you to change the route of the drainage or extend the drainage pipe line till a place where there is no population.
Request your intervention here asap. -

There has been a complete nuisance created by PGs around my area, the noise is 24*7, though we have warned about the situation, there has been no measures taken by the guys who run these PGs are all of them are illegal.
We are about 10 owners who are residing here surrounded by 3 PGs, we are ready to give a hand written complaint to abolish such nuisance around us.
there at least has to be rules and regulations which are strict and stringent on these PGs so that the families around live a peaceful life. -

It is actually next road where raja Kaluve actually should be but changed by some rich builder who has bribed BBMP. I have bought this apartment 4 months back and have all documents approvals from BBMP itself.I will never let BBMP Demolish my only home, apartment which is NOT illegal. I have reached out to PM of India and hope we all get justice.
