At Kundanahalli Gate junction, there is a lack of pedestrian safety mainly due to two reasons: a) No zebra crossing or any other demarcation for the vehicles to stop at. Due to this, pedestrians have to cross in-between the vehicles, which becomes risky due to reason (b). b) The signal for vehicles coming from Spice Garden going towards Varthur, does not have a countdown timer. The vehicles in anticipation of a green signal gradually keep moving ahead until there is only little gap left between them and the vehicles coming from Kundanahalli Main road. So the pedestrians, already moving from in-between the vehicles, are caught in suddenly moving traffic, creating a massive safety risk. I urge and plead to you to take action on the mentioned points in a speedy manner.

Sewage pipes are being laid around Puttenahalli lake. This is causing traffic jam in the area from yesterday. While disruption is expected when construction/laying of pipes is happening if the traffic cops are posted by the department ahead of rush hour then traffic can be managed properly. This morning a huge traffic pile up happened, after which the cops came!

It always happens in Lake road BTM signal. The road is small and the signal time is less, where do we two wheelers go? Two wheelers come in wrong way (which will be almost empty) just to avoid traffic jam, and at the signal fine is collected. In fact by coming in wrong way we are making things easy. If we want to overtake from the left end an auto or a car will be blocking the way.

I don't understand why they do it instead of letting us go and clear the traffic. Please do make some lane for two wheeler as well.

Traffic from EGL has to travel 3 KM for making a U to reach the opposite side of the road. Such bad traffic management.

Horamavu Junction Traffic Signal non functional for more than a month. Complete chaos in traffic and pedestrians are unable to cross the road comfortably. Please look into the matter urgently.

Ijipura Signal (between Sony world Koramangala & EGL) is horrible for drivers, specially who is driving from sriniivagalu main road. Signal is "Green" for very few seconds. Traffic police will guide to cross the signal. I have denied many times to cross the signal because it was red, Traffic police forced me to jump the signal. Daily drivers have to follow traffic police instead of signals. I hope this is not considered as signal jump. Traffic police would have fixed the signal issue rather asking people to jump the signal.

Although there is an annual maintenance contract between the traffic police and whoever installs the traffic signals across the city, there is no check to see whether the contractor is fulfilling the obligation to look at the uptime of the signals. In many places, like this example at Anil Kumble circle (where the pedestrian portion of the signal is not working), when something stops working, it stays that way for a very long time.

The signal time from MOHANKUMAR ROAD to the connecting roads is just 20 seconds, even before 5 to 6 vehicle passes the signal is again red and the wait time is another 2 mins. Due to this many vehicles passes the signal even when the signal is red and the pedestrian signal is on. This causes lot of traffic jam and is very highly accident prone area.

This signal also has a green signal for left turn even when it is red signal for straight and right turns. Since the green signal time is very less for straight and right turn there is no lane discipline as motorists try to cross the signal at the low time and this causes obstruction to left turning vehicles and increases the traffic jam. Increasing the green signal to just 30 seconds at this signal and the opposite side will significantly increase the flow of traffic.

6th Main Bikasipura has become dangerous with too many vehicles, and 2 wheel drivers are going very fast with too much sound as there are no humps at all. This much speed is not allowed in this area, as this is a purely residential area. I request you to provide some humps on the road to control the speeds.

Wrong side driving in service road to traffic signal and no lane discipline to TC palya turning . Need proper traffic guidance and control in both signals.
