On 19th April 2016, evening we have seen that there is new borewell inaugurated right next to Deviah park Aiyappa temple in the corner of the road.

At this new borewell location there are hardly any houses since it's the end of the road and from there for about 0.5 kms towards Malleswara railway station there are no houses. On the opposite side, there is no borewell water shortage or BWSSB water shortage in the area.

Also, there is a borewell already existing within 100meters from the temple (opposite to Renuka Yellamma temple road)

Also, the Aiyappa temple already has an old Handpump borewell for many many years now.

Also, this road has proposed widening for Oklipura-Yeswanthpur corridor where 10feet on either sides of the road will be acquired. The new borewell will be obstructing this planned development and eventually become unusable later on.

Saying all of the above, in this locality there is no water shortage or issues related to cauvery/borewell.

It seem to be that the borewell is being utilized to favor temple only as nobody else needs it, request you to please kindly look into the matter and provide borewell facility to locality where there is real water shortage issue.

Ward No 76, 1st Main Road , Between 2n and 3rd cross, Maruthi Extension, Sriramapuram, Near Devaiah Park.Cleaning and lifting of garbage is being neglected for days together. The reason do not know. The regular sweeper works up to 2nd cross from Metro line side and returns back. You are requested to look in to the matter and solve the problem permanently.
