We are fed up frequent power cuts in Kammanahalli area. Starts from early morning and goes on till late at night. Power goes off 7-8 times in a day for a minimum period of 30 mins to 2 hours sometimes. We don't receive any text messages from BESCOM informing us of any planned outage. It's been happening every day for over an year now. Why? Please explain and help.

Dear Sir,
SUB : TRANSFER OF WALL (WATER CONNECTION & WATER PROBLEM ) 11TH TO 15TH CROSS.
We request you to transfer the wall water connection from 11th to 15th cross. Because plenty of people are affected without water and they are going to different places to get the water. Moreover every persons are paying water bill, without getting water to their crosses.

‘’But unfortunately from 1st cross (handicap cross to 10th cross) water comes to each cross and each homes’’.

Kindly take action against all wall checking’s and walkmans reporting twice a day.

Garbage disposal has become prime and core issue and big big concern in ITC Road Subbaiahana palya Kammanahalli ( Near to Kullapa circle ). Entire Vicinity has question on how to dispose their daily garbage. Whole Area people are fighting on regular basis. our corporator nor the state home minister whose office is just nearby has any concern. Regular request to them is as good as remaining silent.

In recent times people near (7th cross road)Mariyamma Temple street have started dumping stinking garbage at my residence.Even after number of advice they deny and throw pile of garbage. We have experienced children sick and unhealthy due to this, a very bad odor makes our life miserable and not letting children play outside.

At times if the Garbage collectors does not turn up it is just hectic.Mosquitoes and fly at our home making our health worse.

Kindly look into the matter seriously and please do the needful.

There is improper garbage collection on 3rd cross Beerappa street. The pourakarmikas coming to our area is absent for many days and no one else comes to collect the garbage this leads to littering the garbage on empty sites/corner of the raods.

There are no street lights and inner roads are not tarred in the Central Excise Layout, Kammanahalli. BBMP betterment charges are paid.

The Fly over is construced without providing the service roads, where it leeds to lots of traffic jam. For the people coming towards Kammanahalli from banasawadi,Bipannahalli,Sathya nagar etc.... need to go one kilometer far to take a U turn to come towards kammanahalli. Where its the government rule that there must be a sevice road for the people to move easy. atleast 15feet.

Piles of garbage lie at street corners and in empty lots, there is no regular pick-up of garbage and even if BBMP sanitation workers come "once-in-a-blue-moon" to pick up garbage they are rude and are in a big hurry to leave. They do not do a good job and always look out for a tip. Please do something serious about the over-flow of garbage, which is so unhealthy and especially dirty when it rains.

RS Palya has 3 cow milking centers, all 3 are very badly maintained leading to musquitoe menace and several air brone disease. kindly move them to more appropriate place. one main milk center is at Kalyana Venkat temple street. Plz do the needful.

What are the plans to deal with a very bad planned Seva Nagar bridge. My 5th std son can build better bridge than the one that is currently there. Wonder who approved nagaarjuna constructions to buils such a worst bridge. People of RS palya are suffering with No proper bus routes due to this. Please do something.

Dear Sir, There is no footpath for general public on Kamanahalli Main road(from the sevanagar flyover/Slum area to HDFC bank ATM on Kamanahalli rd). This stretch is so crowded with so many bars and street vendors that, public find it difficult to walk. Please do something to clear this mess. There is no park for childrens to play. Suggest, the small ground at Sevanager flyover, the arch shaped small ground be made a well maintained ground. Please address these issues

There are at least 50-60 cows roaming the roads and feeding on plastic waste through the day. The roads are impossible to drive on. The cows cause traffic obstruction. The roads are full of cow dung and flies and mosquitoes breed freely.

Firstly my intention in recording this issue is not to complain. In fact it is to better understand the garbage collection process.

Not being around at home for most of the day I am not aware of the regularity in Garbage collection by any individual or group.

However in our locality we have a waste collection trolley with 3 to 4 waste containers stationed occasionally in 2 select spots. This benefits those who are not at home when the garbage collectors come by. The waste from these trolleys seem to be collected in a timely manner, before the containers get overloaded. However very often these trolleys go missing for days together. The residents out of habit throw the trash at the same locations even in the absence of these trolleys.

Please could you help me understand how the waste collection is regulated by the BBMP contractors in such cases. If the regularity is on a daily basis I am sure the spillage will be reduced to a great extent. In turn the residents in the immediate vicinity will not face a problem.
