Old footpath is being made wider, which is good for pedestrians but it is not really helping them or anyone in the process.
1) The footpath still has many transformers, hawkers and other types of obstructions, so it is not continuous in many points, which makes the footpath not very useful. Pedestrians will be forced to come on to the road.
2) With the widening of the footpath the road width has decreased in many points where it is already narrow.
3) People park on the roadside here all the times.
Now with narrow roads where side parking continues and pedestrians also coming on to the road - the footpath widening is helping whom?? -

The pipe line laying work in the Puttenahalli slum being done by BWSSB is left as it is, this broke the roads in some parts. Then regular heavy rains created some craters and now all together this stretch is unbearable. -

But worst is that sewage water is flowing in since the last two days into the lake from Nataraja Layout.
PNLIT members met the BBMP and KSPCB officials on May 8th to see how soon this issue can be fixed, but BWSSB officials did not turn up so nothing much was done in the meeting and the water is still coming into the lake.
This has started algae bloom and will now reduce the oxygen and fish will start to die. The stink of the sewage is already there around the lake. Mosquitoes are breeding and muck can be seen on the surface.
Request that BWSSB officials promptly see how this issue can be fixed. -

Now with the metro construction being on on Bannerghatta Road, more traffic is coming into Arekere roads.
Traffic dept. should rethink of how to manage vehicles at this junction before accidents become common here.

The Bus number is 215 M. Till a couple of years back , the bus frequency was once a hour , but now it only one in a day. This is causing a great in convenience to the residents of Puttenhalli and surrounding areas.
A Big commercial establishment like Kalyani Magum Tech Park just near the Vinayak Nagar bus stop would also mean that the bus service would be used by many people working there.
So this request is made to restart hourly frequency for this bus service ( Bus no 215 M)

The corporator has visited this area several times and had promised to look into this but never did anything.
All surrounding roads have been repaired and drains have been cleared. Uncovered drains have reduced the width of the road. There is illegal parking by residents in this road day and night, yet no action like towing is taken. This further reduces the width of the road. Effectively, sometimes even one vehicle cannot pass.
Please do something to improve the road conditions. -

We would like to remind u that we are staying in Abbieah reddy layout where we having lot of smell and it is hazardous to health for us and children . When u came last week you promised that it will be cleaned but as of now nothing has happened. Also you have promised the worked Order has been there for OPEN DRAINS To cover please do the needful and take strict action.
Hope – We would not take further actions for not completing the work what you have promised.

The contractors refuse to tar this road even though we have been paying BBMP taxes. Please I request you to visit this area once and see the condition of the road.

The security guards posted at the gate of the park restrict entry to the park to only Brigade Millenium residents. They say they have been instructed by the RWA to do this. Is this legal? Public parks should be accessible to the public at large and not restricted to the residents of the "gated" community. Please advise what can be done to make this park a true public park. Who should one approach to address the issue?

I stay at 7th cross,2nd mail JP Nagar 6th Phase. REcentky there was some drainage work on this road and after that road is comppletely damaged.
Its only mud road left which is very uneven and causes a lot of probems and traffic jams.
Can you get this constructed again? -

This lake has been full of weeds and garbage is being dumped making it look miserable which cannot be described in words. Given the size of the lake and the fact that monsoon is fast approaching, if we could clean up the lake sooner,it could be great prove to be great source of help improving the water table in the nearby areas. -

I request BBMP to have a glance at sayadri layout 2nd cross. There are some trees with huge branches that is causing issues with resident paint. That is the fruit which is growing in the tree is falling towards the wall of residents in which the paint of the house is getting spoiled.
I request BBMP to cut these trees which is causing destruction to the residents of 2nd cross and grow a plant in this small road. -

We need a traffic signal at the Brigade Millenium arch on Kothnur Dinne Road. The traffic gets worst during peak hours.
