Govindpura Traffic Signal not working in ward number 23.

proper Road , Traffic Light and the Garbage management for the Vyalikaval HBCS Layout. This Layout is in the Main Area Opposite Manyata Tech Park , Near HKBK Engineering College. The Whole Are Has Many PG and the Residential Location. The Road is Horrible to Drive and No street Lights and makes the people very scary to have a walk at Night.
Also there is Garbage Dump from the nearby construction work just opposite Manyata Tech Park in Vacant Site. Already written to Chief Minister Cell, And Also Personally spoke to Health Inspector and Commissioner but there is no Use. The Stray Dog menace is one of its kind. At Night at least there are at least 20-30 Dogs Roaming Around.
This Area is Under Home Minister George and the current and Earlier Corporate or Irshad Begum from Nagawara Ward Number 23 . Both are from Congress with State government also Congress. But still there is no any Improvement. It has been over 5 Years the roads are Tarred . Leave about the Potholes, Currently there are no proper Roads. Have Written Many times to all Social Media , Again there is no action taken. I really don't know what is the Issue in Developing this Area. I Request You to Make an Article on the Area Vyalikaval HBCS Layout with the problems faced by the People here. There are 3-4 Schools , and Tech Park and Many Residential Houses and Apartments facing the apathy of the Officials and the Government. Being the Home Ministers Area and the center of Bangalore , we expect few Basic Needs to be fulfilled for Tax payers Money.

Please help on priority. Need the Basic Amenities like proper Roads, Garbage Collection, The Road Connecting Veeranapalya to HKBK Engineering College, And also Nagawara to HKBK Engineering college , And all the streets of the Vyalikaval HBCS Layout with proper street Lights and Garbage Dump. Also Need a Sky Walk in front of the Manyata Tech Park, which will avoid the Heavy Traffic during the peak Hours. The Construction of Fly over at Nagawara Signal and Veeranna Palya Signal has gone waste due to Road Crossing at Manyata Tech Park.

Request you to make a complete Detailed Article on this Whole Nagawara Ward. I am not attaching any photo as the whole Area is problematic and feel that you should have the Inspection of this Vyalikaval HBCS Layout.

Dear Sir please be informed that the area is Beside Nagavara -Govind pur start from glass factory signal to the end of the road it will go to railway track and RT Nagar back side road
Almost 4 private schools are running but they don't have proper facilities inside the schools due to more value for the space
HKBK college is look like hotel and resorts its look good they are maintaining the standard

If you check Govind pur main road and inside roads in this area trees are not planted properly and mostly all the area is dry no park no trees and no play ground for children


My request to check this area and do the needful for the kids and old age people

The crossing of the road in front of Manyata Tech Park is very difficult and become extremely dangerous. There are fast moving vehicles from both sides of the road and employees have to take risk to cross the road.

We need a sky walk or a under pass to be build there to avoid this risk and also to ensure there is no casualty happening because of this.

There are vehicles coming from all the 4 directions in the junction but yet no Traffic signal to control the vehicles.

Location: Veeranna palya bus stop opposite to Indian oil petrol bunk near Lumbini garden.

We are seriously frustrated with the water issue in our area. After several complaints to BWSSB, no one is bothered to take action.

Its our unfortunate that cauvery water is NOT provided to '8th cross, Umar Nagar residents.
Not sure where the problem is lying, as our neighbour lanes have good facility of water and its supplied every week. But for some reason these line men ignores or going blind folded for 8th cross residents.
We kindly request you to take appropriate action and supply the drinking water on time.

As the 50% work has been completed of the sanitation but some of the houses has already gave the connection to the sanitation pipes due to that the chamber has been filled as our house in corner next to the chamber we are facing very bad smell which is causing the health repeatedly ..... There are no roads and BWSSB rampantly digs at odd places and leaves open pits for months. The drain covers are open for years. The Corporator is blatently asking for bribe to get the road made??? The MLA is asking people to contribute to make the roads? even though funds are alloted, no work is being undertaken??? It's miserable for the over 5 lakh people in this area. How can a part of the city be treated like this? It's amazing how the local governance is ignoring provision of basic amenities to its people. What will the corporator do with all the crores she has? Eat Gold plated cashew nuts? Greed is what is killig this nation.

The main road leading from KHB Road to Kanakanagar beyond the railway gate is horrible. The road has been untarred for years, guess more than 7 years now. The road has always been a Kaccha road and no tar road has ever been laid. Why do you collect taxes if you cannot provide a decent tarred road in the locality. Hundreds of vehicles pass that road everyday and its a nightmare for 2 wheelers as well as four wheelers. Can you pls. lay a decent road at the earliest?

I am not sure if some authorities will even read this, but still wanna try luck!! people in umar nagar spl 13th and 14th cross umar nagar govindpur are facing scarcity of water. earlier atleast water use to come once in 5 days now no water supply, we entirely had to depend on private water supplier to full fill our needs.
Its highly appreciated if someone look into this issue seriously

Virannapalya Main Road is very bad state with full of pot holes. Driving is very diffcult and cars get damaged very frequently.

Respected Sir/Madam, It is my rightful duty to inform you that the roads and streets of rashad nagar ,silk factory road , govindapura are worst and horrible than before. After the negligence work of sanitary by Irshad Begum the councillor ..,, the streets are worst and the condition is not suited even for a walk.,. It has become the common thing that atleast 4 to 5 people will fall a day and comes out with minor injuries.,.,. The Corporator Irshad begum is never bothered and concerned about the situation and never tried to improve the condition inspite of continous requests from the local residents. Kindly i request you to provide the good streets with a water facility and nice roads so that the people can walk and survive easily. Thank You and hoping that some action will be taken .

It is my rightful duty to inform you that The Nagawara BBMP office which distributes voter ID card and receives voter Id application, are strictly in a deemed of highly negligence .

I had applied for Voter Id in November 2011 , It was told me to collect it in January 2012 , It has been a year my Id card is not given to me inspite of visiting the office every month,The officials in the office say me to collect the ID card at Irshad Begum's Office and even she denies and say to collect it at nagawara office.


Luckily i got to know through ceo.kar.nic.in that my ID card has been dispatched and i took the details ,..,Inspite of that the people over there refuse to check the ID card among the bunch of cards ..

Atlast they have told me to apply for new voter id..., !!!!! As even though my name is included in electoral roll ,.,.,

Kindly i request the concerned authority to do the needful ,so that the process of ID card gets simple and reach easy to the public.

The condition of the approach road from the Ring road to the Sobha Petunia Apartmant is the worst. There is absolutly no road with so many new apartments coming up. Recently a school has opened with more than 10 buses plying every day. Buses from other schools also ply through this dangerous road.

I have repeatedly requested to attend cleaning the drainage from past last 1 year. We went and requested in BBMP office for cleaning still not yet done, no response shown from BBMP. I want to forcefully bring my request up to you and high authorities. We hope this time we will get some response from BBMP. please find the attached pic...

The road condition from Kanakanagar railway track to ring road via Virannapalya is in the worst condition since 2008. Inspite of lodging many complaints to BBMP cell & area corporator (Complaint No - 83005, 99328) There has been no actions taken till date. The stones which gets skidded off the vehicals tyres hit the people injuring them seriously. This has also caused dents on many cars which travel in that road. The bikes needs to be serviced every alternate week. Request the concerned officers take action immediately. It has been 5 years and there is not even 1% of repair work done till date. Please do the needful else we shall need to take help from media people.

Govindapura is like rajasthan desert .lack lack lack of water problem persons who have been appointed for water works are not proper and lazy peoples kindly i request bbmp to dismiss them. and appoint any responsible peoples for that work.
